Activities abound at Hedonism II. Try out our fabulous array of watersports of join a tennis or squash clinic to improve on your skills. All sports at Hedonism II come with instructors on hand to help you get the most out of your chosen activity.

Hedonism Activities

Land Sports
Six lighted tennis courts, clinics with pros twice daily; two air-conditioned squash courts, clinics twice daily; badminton; basketball; volleyball; shuffleboard; table tennis; cycling; walk-in aviary filled with native Jamaican birds; secluded hammocks; games room; reading room; island picnics.

Hedonism Activities

Water Sports
Scuba diving (see below), water-skiing, windsurfing school, sunfish sailing, sailing, snorkeling, freshwater pool, jacuzzis, glass-bottom boats, kayaks, two large freshwater pools (one nude, with swim-up bar). Secluded hammocks for two are hidden about the grounds.

Beach
Private beach which is divided into two sections, of which one is for nude bathing with a nude Jacuzzi.

Hedonism Activities

Fitness Center
Complete fitness center with Nautilus-type equipment, Lifecycle, Lifestep and free weights; aerobics and reggae classes. Stationary bicycles, stair climbing machine and a rower. Instruction available. Aerobic classes 5 times per week.

Circus Workshop
Our exciting circus workshop features flying and swinging trapeze, trampoline clinics, juggling, tightrope walking, unicycle, and bicycle balancing acts. Available Sunday to Friday.

Special Activities
Reggae dance classes 3 times per week. Lunchtime Spin each day (except Tuesday), Olympic Day (Tuesday), and Reggae Beach Party (Wednesdays), Pajama Party (Tuesday nights), Toga Party (Thursdays), Island Picnics (Mondays and Thursdays), and a Disco Welcome Party (Sundays).

Scuba Diving
If you are qualified, bring an International "C" card or a certificate from an internationally recognized dive school. If you are not qualified, you will have to take a swimming test. After passing, you will need to have a current Diving Medical Certificate or obtain one from a local physician. We can arrange this for a small charge.
