The country is the worlds' largest coffee producer and is a fascinating blend of Latin American and European cultures. Rio with its pulsating lifestyle to sophisticated Buenos Aires with its Paris like tree-lined boulevards is enough to get the mind racing.

A good excursion is to see the Iguacu Falls, a 2 miles wide precipice with a total of 275 falls, giving rise to clouds of rainbow colored spray. For the ecological minded this country has rain forests, fantastic unspoilt beaches and of course the mighty Amazon.
