Carib Beach Apartments Negril is the name given to a small group of beachfront apartments at Rutland Point, which is located where Negril's famous Long Bay meets Negril's Bloody Bay.

On one side is the hotel Hedonism II; on the other side is Grand Lido Hotel. At Rutland Point is a group of several dozen apartments dispersed over 14 acres.

They are privately owned and some of the owners reside there. Some are used as hotel rooms for "Point Village Hotel" whilst several are available for weekly (or longer) tourist rentals. The Carib Beach Apartments Negril accommodation is well away from the central hotel facilities and is in the best location, being beachfront, with direct frontal views to the beach. Only lawn and gardens and a footpath are between the apartments and the ocean.

The coastline is made up of sandy coves and rocky headlands. One of the sandy coves is available for nude sunbathing; the others require at least the bottom half of any swimsuit. There are three restaurants and bars, along with tennis court, hot tub and swimming pool. A boutique and shops for necessities and souvenirs are on site.
